Actually i have lots of things to say about camp. But there's mostly complaints. Camp was overall i would say quite fun. My group name was CANNON, but cause i spelt cannon as "CANON" so we ended up putting a N(squared) hahaha. it was cute! and unique :D The only thing that spoilt camp for me really was my camp instructor and some teachers who just like to stick their butts into everything when they don't know what the situation is.
My group was filled with 70% quiet people, so cheering was quite bad and everything. But soon, we all warmed up to each other i guess. still quiet, but at least they try to participate. On the last day of camp this person came and scolded me for 2 things. one is that i didn't submit my camp booklet, which i did pass to the front, its just that she didn't bother to stay there to count and collect, and just left, so it was passed back. I wouldn't know it was important to hand it up online. reflections are suppose to be personal and not marked. Camp reflections are anyway. Then she came and told me that we should do a cheer and since i can initiate it and such, she told me to lead. THEN after that she came to criticize my leadership capabilities. I mean if you think i cant lead well/properly or whatever then why bother to ask me to help you lead my group.
I quite like my group actually. Most people were friendly and we all tried hard to improve our item. But there were a bunch that were annoying. Especially during the item, we tried so hard to put it together and we did listen to suggestions that were constructive and not just plan non-sense complaining. So i don't understand why is it that some people say we don't listen. And somehow blames things on me. I TRIED HARD AND WORKED HARD. and screamed until my voice DIED. So i do not accept that complaint. LOL. i know its weird. but whatever. i refuse to believe it, unless you have the guts to come and say it in my face and negotiate then i will accept it, instead of telling some other people and letting the teacher know too.
okay so let me start telling all you bored people reading my blog what happened during camp. the games were fun. mostly anyway. besides the poor organisation, together with unfair treatment and rain. it was fun. hahaha. especially the candle war that we had, which was to use the candle's fire to pop balloons. it was super fun cheering and forming alliances and such. then we had nightwalk which was quite a disappointment. i thought it'd be more exciting but there were instructors at every corner. for this nightwalk basically we were suppose to walk in pitch darkness, following the glow sticks. yupp. we also played multi level captains ball, which i want to play again. hahaa. it was fun! and hard. and the points were crazy hahaa but yeah. fun. We did rafting too. but it failed because it rained and the instructions given were unclear.
Day by day we had fun, and learnt quite a few things. the food was not great.but who cares.
this camp accommodations was better than OBS of course. cause we had beds :D hahaha. and there were lesser sand flies and stuff. we learnt new cheers, new games, made new friends and it was nice overall. plus skipping school for it just makes it more enjoyable. HAHH :D
ALRIGHT! enough with CAMP.
now its about CHOOOIRRRR! :D
im the new choir president :D and i am extremely happy i got this position. i hereby promise to d my best and put my full efforts into choir. But of course i have to make sure my academic results improve, but i promise to not ever skip choir, EVER. unless i am really really sick or something. I also promise to give my all and try to make choir a comfortable and better place for everyone. But as president, the job is tedious and though i have my dear committee supporting , there are surely going to be times when i need help :D so i also need the entire choir to have my back and support me as well. I thank God for this wonderful honor of being president, and i will NOT let you down. but if i do, somehow, tell me :D so i can fix it. :D
this thursday is sec4 farewell as well as the handover, i am hoping that it will be very enjoyable because it is us sec3s planning it. and it will be real fun even though we might be rushing to make everything perfect. :D hhaha. the sec4s have been so wonderful, and they helped us alot throughout , so this is the one point when we can actually thank them from our hearts and wish them all the best for their o levels. yupp.
Sometimes i wonder who actually reads my blog. it seems real dead to me. hahaha okay thats all i have to say :D
enjoy youth day!
:D
